How I work    

I have been supporting people with these issues since November 2007 when I started working for a local Employee Assistant Provider providing onsite support to Wellington organisations. Prior to that I worked for 6 years in Human Resources and did a range of jobs in telecommunications, management, IT and government. Most of my work experiences have been rewarding and satisfying. I have also had a few awful work experiences. This helps me appreciate the diversity of work that people do, the dynamics of their work environments and the complexity of issues people sometimes face. Every person’s situation I have worked with and their responses have been unique. Critical to my work is understanding issues from people’s point of view and facilitating solutions that feel right for them.     

The changing world of work
